CBR (Centraal Bureau Rijvaardigheidsbewijzen) is the Dutch national agency responsible for administering driver theory exams in the Netherlands. Operating across more than 20 exam centers, CBR delivers more than between 800,000 and 1 million digital theory exams annually.

In 2014, CBR awarded us the contract through a competitive European tender, Assessible’s Player, for its unique alignment with public-sector goals around secure, inclusive, and scalable digital testing.
Enables secure exam delivery in a restricted browser environment, preventing candidates from accessing external content or switching applications.
Provides real-time onsite proctoring and oversight tools, allowing supervisors to monitor all sessions live, pause or resume tests, and intervene when necessary.
Integrated text-to-speech functionality enhances accessibility for candidates with dyslexia, reading difficulties, or limited language proficiency.
Each candidate receives a randomized set of questions tailored to their exam category—ensuring a unique experience for every session and reducing the risk of fraud through question memorization.
Proven to operate reliably across 20+ exam centers, the Player supports hundreds of thousands of candidates annually with consistent performance.
