Can I take the Spring Certified Professional exam after the Spring: Core Masterclass?

Yes, the Spring: Core Masterclass prepares your for the exam to received the coveted Spring Certification Professional accreditation.

 

Can I receive an invoice for my company to pay?

Yes, at checkout you will have the option to pay directly using credit card, ideal or invoice. If you select invoice you will be asked to provide some information we’ll need to create the invoice. Once submitted expect to receive an invoice from us within 3 business days.

Do you have any discounts?

We offer discounts on group deals to select masterclasses subject to availability. If you have a group and you’re interested in receiving a discount please contact us via the website.

Do you offer Private Masterclasses

Yes, generally starting from a minimum of 8 developers, however, this may vary depending on the specific training you’re interested in. We can run private classes either at our training facility in Amsterdam, on-site at your office or virtually. Please contact us for more information.

Cancellation

What is your cancellation policy for Virtual Masterclasses

  • A minimum number of participants is required for a Masterclass to take place.
  • If the minimum is not met, the Trifork Academy will notify all trainees no later than 1 week prior to the first day of the Masterclass.
  • In the case of a canceled Masterclass due to a minimum number of attendees not being met, trainees will be contacted promptly and informed of their options.

What is your cancellation policy for Onsite Masterclasses

  • A minimum number of participants is required for a Masterclass to take place.
  • If the minimum is not met, the Trifork Academy will notify all trainees no later than 2 weeks prior to the first day of the Masterclass.
  • In the case of a canceled Masterclass due to a minimum number of attendees not being met, trainees will be contacted promptly and informed of their options.
  • In the unforeseen circumstance that a Masterclass is canceled without prior notice e.g., the trainer is sick on the day of the masterclass or the masterclass venue is suddenly not available, attendees will have the option to either have a total refund or reschedule for another training date.

What If I’ve bought a ticket and I need to cancel. Will I get my money back?

Our cancellation policy varies depending on how many days before the masterclass you cancel. Below you will find the different scenarios and possible options.

If a trainee cancels their participation up to 60 days prior to the actual scheduled masterclass date, there are three options:

  • 90% of the masterclass fee will be reimbursed by the Trifork Academy.
  • The trainee can select another masterclass date.
  • The trainee can elect someone from their company to take their place.

If a trainee cancels their participation between 60 and 30 days prior to the actual scheduled masterclass date, there are three options:

  • 50% of the masterclass fee will be reimbursed by the Trifork Academy.
  • The trainee can select another masterclass date.
  • The trainee can elect someone from their company to take their place.

If a trainee cancels their participation between 29 and 15 days prior to the actual scheduled masterclass date, they can elect someone from their company to take their place or get a 25% refund of the ticket price..

If a trainee cancels their participation less than 15 days prior to the actual scheduled Masterclass date the participant will not be reimbursed. The trainee might have the option to elect someone else from their company to take their place but this can’t be guaranteed.

I need to cancel a Private Masterclass. Will I get my money back?

  • If a company cancels 1 month prior to their agreed date of the Private Masterclass they can redeem 50% of the cost of the Masterclass.
  • If Trifork Academy is notified less than 4 weeks prior to the actual scheduled training date no refund will be made.

In both cases, we will work with you closely to find an alternative date but no guarantees can be made. Also, any costs associated with rescheduling (eg: non-refundable travel expenses & hotel of the trainer) will be passed on to said company.

Can I attend the Masterclass if my company hasn’t paid the Invoice yet?

No. Three days prior to the actual scheduled masterclass date, the full invoice and payment thereof must be fulfilled. The Trifork Academy reserves the right to refuse the entrance to the masterclass if the payment has not been 100% fulfilled.
